How does Re.juve Loyalty Program work?

By signing up on the Re.juve App, you’re automatically part of the #LiveHappier Community. Every purchase, even with promos or bundles, gets you points. You can exchange points for vouchers on your next shopping.

How do I become Re.juve member?

You can simply download our Re.juve App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store, create an account, complete your profile and you’re good to go!

How can I earn Re.juve Points on the Re.juve App?

Simply make purchases using our app, and you’ll earn points with every transaction, including promos and bundles. Keep an eye out for special promotions or bonus point opportunities to maximize your rewards.
Points will be added to your account within 1×24 hours.

How can I use my Re.juve Points?

You can exchange your points for voucher in the Redeem menu. 1 point you have equals to 1 Rupiah.
You can use the vouchers for transaction in Re.juve Offline Stores and Delivery Hotline by showing your Member Barcode, Member ID or your Registered Phone Number.

Will my points expire?

Yes. Your points has an expiration date. You can check your points expiration on Redeem page in your App.

I see Experience in the App. What does that mean?

Experience is the amount of transactions you have made in one month when you used Re.juve Member. It is used to track your progress and level up from White to Green or to Fuchsia.
Your level will be reset every quarter, therefore your Experience will be set as zero at every 1st of January, April, July, and October.

Spend more to maintain or upgrade your level.

What happens if my points expire? 

When your points expire, they will be automatically deducted from your account and can no longer be redeemed. Expiration ensures fairness and keeps our loyalty program fresh and engaging for all members. 

Important Details: 

  • All points collected and transactions generated in 2024 will expire on 31 December 2024. 
  • Members are encouraged to redeem all points before 1 January 2025 to avoid losing them. 

 

What is the Points Expiry scheme in 2025? 

  • All points earned from 1 January to 30 June 2025 will valid until 31 July 2025 
  • All points earned from 1 July to 31 December 2025 will valid until 31 January 2026 

To avoid losing points, we recommend: 

  • Please keep track of the expiration dates of your points via our app. 
  • Redeem your points before they expire at your favourite Re.juve store. 
  • Keep your Push App Notification ON, so we can help remind you every time there are points going to expire.
