Return & Refund Policy
Customers are entitled to request a return of products within 2 hours of the delivery status being marked as 'successfully received' by the delivery service and no later than 7 days after the transaction date if the products received are:
1. Incorrect or do not match the order
2. Damaged or defective packaging affecting the product content
To initiate a return, please send an email to rejuve.ecommerce@rejuve.co.id or a WhatsApp message to +62 817 735 883 with the following information:
• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Phone Number
• Details of the Issue with the Product Received
• Product Photos as Evidence of the Complaint
Customers can submit complaints up to 7 days from the transaction date.
Re.juve will review the return request and reserves the right to determine whether the return is valid. If approved, Re.juve will resolve the issue by providing the customer with an e-voucher equivalent to the value of the incorrect product, which can be used for future purchases.
Re.juve may decide whether the returned product needs to be sent back to Re.juve, considering:
• The product's vulnerability to damage if exposed to room temperature or heat for too long
• The shipping cost relative to the product's value
• Apologies to the customer
For various reasons, Re.juve and/or the customer may cancel the order as long as it has not been shipped. If this occurs, Re.juve will promptly notify the customer and issue an e-voucher equivalent to the transaction amount paid by the customer, minus any convenience fees.
